Pallet factory in Põhja-Sakala, Estonia
Aurelia's factory is at Vastemõisa tee 6, Põhja-Sakala vald. Pallets are assembled on an automated line with ABB IRB 6600 and ABB IRB 4600 robots, and production has run here since 1994.

Robotic line
The robots pick and place the boards and blocks, and nailing is automatic. Every pallet therefore has the same dimensions and nailing pattern, batch after batch.

LEADER funding
The automation of the production line has been co-funded by the European Union under the CAP Strategic Plan 2023–2027 intervention “LEADER community-led local development”. A new automated stacking line was installed as part of the project.
