EUR-size pallet 1200×800
A EUR-size pallet is a 1200 × 800 × 144 mm 4-way block pallet that carries an estimated 1500 kg on a forklift and 4000 kg on the floor. It is the most common pallet size in European logistics.

Construction
The pallet consists of five top deck boards, three stringer boards, nine blocks and three bottom boards. In the reference version the boards are 22 mm thick and the blocks 78 mm high, giving a total height of 144 mm.
All four sides are open to a forklift, so the pallet can be loaded into a truck lengthwise or crosswise.

The length is the same, 1200 mm, but the FIN pallet is 200 mm wider (1000 mm). It carries more goods and is common in the Nordic countries.
