We only process the data you send with a quote request or the contact form, and use it only to answer your request and prepare a quote. We keep requests for up to 3 years and never sell or share data for marketing. Analytics cookies are only used with your consent.

What we collect
- Company name, contact name, email and phone
- Country and message
- Pallet or crate configuration
- Attached files (drawings)
- Technical data to prevent spam (a hash of the IP address)

Why and on what basis
To answer your request and prepare a quote (steps prior to a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and to prevent spam (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it
We keep requests for up to 3 years if they do not lead to a contract. If they do, statutory accounting retention periods apply.

Cookies
Vercel collects anonymous, cookieless visitor statistics.
We use Google Analytics only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). It then sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (kept for up to 2 years) to show how the site is used. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
