Custom pallets
We make pallets from 400 to 3000 mm when a standard pallet does not fit. Board thickness (16–25 mm), the number of blocks (9 or 12) and the base type can be chosen so that the pallet carries exactly your product.

When to go custom
- The product is longer or wider than 1200 mm
- The weight exceeds a standard pallet's capacity
- An automated line or conveyor needs a specific base
- Customer logo or marking on the pallet
- A machine or device needs fixing points

How we calculate load capacity
In the calculation each board is a beam between two supports. The load capacity depends on the width, thickness and spacing of the boards. The configurator shows the result straight away and suggests reinforcement if the product weight exceeds the estimate.
The calculation is an estimate. We confirm the final values in the quote based on Aurelia's tests and earlier specifications.

What to include in your quote request
- Pallet dimensions (L × W)
- Product weight and centre of gravity
- How the pallet is lifted and stored
- Destination country and ISPM15 need
- Quantity and order frequency

What sizes can I order?
Length and width from 400 to 3000 mm, in steps of 10 mm.
Can I send my own drawing?
Yes. You can attach a drawing or photo to the quote request and we will take it into account in the quote.
How heavy a load can you build a pallet for?
Load capacity depends on dimensions and construction. The configurator shows an estimate straight away, and if needed we reinforce the pallet with thicker boards or extra blocks.
Is a custom pallet more expensive?
The price depends on the timber volume and the quantity. The configurator does not show prices; we send a quote after your request.
Can my logo be put on the pallet?
Yes, your logo can be stamped on the blocks. Choose “Logo stamp” in the configurator.
Can a custom pallet have ISPM15 marking?
Yes, every pallet made from heat-treated wood can have ISPM15 marking.
